The 13th Annual Silverthorne Outlets' Charity Shopping Extravaganza will be on Saturday, November 9 from 9-4 pm. Tickets are $25 purchased online (click here and make sure you choose LAPS!) or in-person from Affordable Art & Framing in Silverthorne.

Please be sure to designate League for Animals & People of the Summit from the participating non-profits so LAPS will get 50% from each ticket sold plus even more $$$ if we can sell 100 tickets but those ticket holders must physically check in at Shopping Extravaganza for LAPS to get the credit! !

Every person that purchases tickets and attends Shopping Extravaganza will receive free lunch, one prize ticket (with the opportunity to purchase as many prize tickets as they'd like), beer, wine and cordial tastings, desserts, one day only exclusive discounts at participating stores and a chance to win over $25,000 in gift cards and grand prizes!

A day of shopping, prizes, entertainment, and fun all to raise money for non-profit organizations in our community. Over $50,000 in prizes will be given away in one day.

When is Shopping Extravaganza?

Saturday, November 9, 2019 Registration: 9 AM – Noon* Event Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM Center Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM *We encourage participants to arrive before noon so that they can enjoy lunch.

What is the price of tickets?

$25 each, with 50% of each ticket going back to the charity. Purchasers may select from the list of participating charities which organization their purchase will benefit.

What if someone wants to buy more prize drawing tickets?

Please buy more prize drawing tickets! These will be available to purchase on the day of the event. We want to encourage this, as ALL prize drawing monies go back to organizations that have a minimum of 100 guests check in at the event. Additional prize drawing tickets are $1 each.

What forms of payment are accepted?

If tickets are purchased online, how does the charity get credit for the sale?

Eventbrite is set up so that the ticket purchaser must select a charity in order to purchase tickets. All of our charities are listed as options.
