Donation from brother Kurt Morscher

Joseph Eugene Morscher was an avid animal lover, and the kind of person that would “literally“ give you the shirt off his back.

A donation has been made to honor Lesley Hall, director, and the staff at the Summit County Animal Shelter.  Also, to honor the memory of  Nancy Ring former shelter director and founder of LAPS and the memory of Sherrie Caldwell who was a longtime LAPS Treasurer.  Thank you for all you have done for our Summit Community and the pets they love.
