LAPS is dedicated to helping control pet overpopulation through spay / neuter funding, as well as, assisting qualified pet owners who live or work in our community with unexpected veterinary bills.

We need board members and volunteers to implement programs that will fulfill our goals of supporting local animal shelters and people who live or work in Summit County.  

These programs are critical to our community and will suffer without volunteers to assist!
